Office Wrapper Problem

Whenever I boot up, I get a message tellimg me there a MS
Office Wrapper problem. The message asks me to send error
report, which I have done many times. How do I correct
the problem?

When I click on details, the following appears.
AppName: OSA.exe AppVer:8.0.0.3414 MovName:MSO97.dll
Modver: 8.0.0.4328 Offset:00001d3d

My operating system is Windows XP Home
I am running Office 97, but have upgraded Outlook to 2002.
