Office X - Mail Merge

I have created a name badge label which includes, along with the merge
fields, a picture, and 2 lines. When I click propagate, all of the
informations transfers into the other labels. However, when I print,
the lines print only on the labels in the right column. What can be
done to correct this?


Also, I would like to print some name tags without the merged fields,
but with the picture, and the lines. How do I alter my excel file so
that information will appear as a blank?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
