office xp 2002 and vista

I just brought a laptop (vista capable) with XP media and installed office XP
pro 2002. If I upgrade to vista home premium (using a 32 bit package) do I
need to uninstall office first? Are there any issues with licencing if I do?

Finally, will I lose any office functions if I upgrade to vista?

licensing is not an issue... but outlook doesn't work well on vista - you'd
be better off upgrading office too or switching to vista's mail and calendar
applications.

Thank you for your reply. I don't suppose you know if I have to uninstall
office prior to upgrade in my case? (and then reinstall?)
