Office XP 2003 Standard OEM & SP1

I tried to upgrade my churches computer with SP1 and it gives me a message
that "An unexpected version was found". Can the OEM not be upgraded?

This maybe the problem
You cannot install Office 2003 Service Pack 1 when InfoPath 2003 Service Pack 1
