Office 2000 and XP *should* both work under Windows XP. What kinds of
issues are you having?

BTW, Office 2003 is still in beta and will be released sometime later this
summer or early fall. You will need Windows 2000 SP-3 or Windows XP to run
it. Keep that in mind when deciding.
