Would like to have a msgbox with yes, no, yes to all, no to all. Does not
appear that msgbox has those options OR am i missing something? Any ideas?

No, the MsgBox() function does not have the "Yes to All" or "No to All "
constants. However, you could easily create a popup form with all of your
desired options as Command Buttons with code behind to carry out the
processes which result from the user's choice.
