Office XP Admin install - how do I tell what patches are installed?

I have an admin install point for Office XP that is used
to install Office via AD in a windows 2000/XP network.
How do I tell what patches I have applied to the admin
image? To be clear, I'm not talking about any particular
installation on a particular machine - I know how to list
the patches on a machine I have used this admin image to
install. I need to know how to find out what patches I
have applied to the image itself. This should be trivial
but I can't find out how to do it anywhere!
