Office XP and 2K3

Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a little
searching and didn't see anything regarding this.

We are currently looking to upgrade from Office XP to
Office 2K3. The only concern we have is that not everyone
will be upgrading at the same time. Does anyone know of
any problems opening Office 2K3 files in Office XP? I
know there were some compatibility issues with Publisher
2002 and Publisher 2000.

Publisher 2002 should work fine, however, if you plan to open it in Pub.
2000, you must save it to that format in Publisher 2003...
