Office Xp and HP LJ2100

Using Word XP (svc pack 2) the LaserJet 2100s in our
office sometimes will print all the text to the right side
of the page. This problem might not happen for days or it
might happen every 10 minutes, and is not limited to any
select users. A quick fix is to set the default printer to
another printer then switch back. All of the drivers are
the most up to date from HP. Anybody have any ideas?
