office XP at startup

O

office user

Hello to the group.

On a PC running Windows 2000, MS Office XP is installed. At startup, if I
open the Task Manager window, under Processes tab "winword.exe",
"excel.exe" and "powerpnt.exe" appear for some seconds and then disappear.
I guess that this is a process in order to load Office components in order
to load faster when asked. The point is that the startup process is slow
enough and i would like to remove any unnecessary processes. Under Start
\ Programs \ Startup there is nothing related to MS Office. How can i
disable MS Office from loading at startup?

Thanks in advance!
