Office XP Books

Researching an Office upgrade from Office 2000 to Office XP. My main concern
is user transition. Is there a couple of books on Office XP that one would
recommend to ease the transition from Office 2000 to XP?

Looking for one book that gives a short "how to" and a second book that give
more details.
