Office XP Clipart problem

Hi All!
This morning one of the users on the network received the
following error message while trying to access the clipart
in office XP:
"Clipart Organizer cannot access the file.
An error occurred during a seek operation.
Error code 0x80030019"

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated!

I once had a similar problem with a different version of Office. I never did
figure out what to do about it. But, it's good to know that someone else has
had this problem.
