Office XP downloads

I have been unable to download updates for Office XP for
some time. The detection tool says I may either not have
administrator privileges (Ihave, and I used to be able to
dowload updates)or a path is missing. Can anybody help
please and tell me what to do?

Tommo,
Couple of things to try:
1. add the url for the Office update page to your trusted sites in Internet
Explorer.
2. In IE, tools menu / options / delete cookies / delete files. If you do
this to clean the IE cached files, you will need to re-add any url's that
were in your trusted sites.
