Hello,
I am attempting to create a Symantec Ghost AI package for
Office XP. After desploying the AI package non-admin users
get the following error when running any Office XP
application: "Microsoft Word is not installed for the
current user."
I am creating the AI package using the following steps:
1. Dump a clean image on the machine
2. Install Office with the following commandline
setuppls.exe ENTERPRISE_IMAGE="1" NOUSERNAME="1"
PIDKEY="_ourvolumekey_" /qb-
3. Apply SP3
4. Compare system and generate package.
This method is recommended by Symantec in their software
documentation.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks
Chris
