Office Xp error msg

I have installed office XP, I am getting the msg below
when I click on any office program such as word or Out
look.
Error 1706. Setup cannot find the required files. Check
your connection to the network, or CD-ROM drive. For other
potential solutions to this problem, see C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\1033\Setup.hlp.

Pls. help.

Office is looking for the installation files and cannot find them.

Has anything on your system changed since the installation? Was Office
installed completely to run from your computer?
