Hi , we have a user at my compnay that created a test paper document in Word.
The document is filled with images pasted inside tables. She uses Chinese
PRC Language for that document. When she came to me today the document was
giving her the error "There is not enough memory or disk space to display or
print the picture," and almost all of the pictures were missing with only the
placeholders remaining. I have tried opening this same document on multiples
PCs all with over 512MB of ram and 20GB of free hard drive space, and
experienced the same problem. I've tried restoring the file to an earlier
date, and the pictures returned, but there are still a few at the end of the
document that are missing and still give the not enough memory or disk space.
New pictures can be added with no problem. Our document is a 1.1mb 4 page
word doc. I have tried dividing it up into smaller documents, reparing word,
updating word, running virus scans, running adaware, adjusting the pagefile
size, rebooting the pc, making sure that picture placholders under options
was unchecked & also changing the name of the file but everything failed. We
are using Windows XP with SP2 with
all the updates and Office XP SP3. Does anyone have any ideas?
