Office XP Error

I have installed Office XP onto my clients computers
using group policy and the msi that comes with it. When
the user trys to save a document in word they get the
following error (Unable to load resource library. Exit
the current application, install the resource library and
restart the application) After the user clears the error
msg the file gets saved. I was wondering of I could stop
this msg from poping up evertime some trys to save a word
document.
