Office XP error

Any time i am using a program (Word,Outlook and so on)of my Office XP and i
switch off the program a small window is appearing:

Microsoft Visual Basic
Compilation error in the hide modul autoexec

(excuse my english translation)
What is it? How can i solve this problem?
