Office XP EULA prompt won't go away

I have a problem on my Office XP installation:
Every time I open an office application it prompts me to
agree to the EULA. If I run Outlook with Word configured
as the Editor I get 2 prompts for accepting a EULA. I can
close the application and re-open it and will continue to
get the prompt every time. The product is activated and
only loaded on a single PC.

What is the problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

Log on as the Administrator and accept the EULA.
