Office XP EULA ??

Terry Pinnell

On a restart of my XP Home PC (after a momentary power failure) I just
had a strange window pop-up telling me I must accept the Office XP
EULA, or else blah blah. I don't *have* Office XP! I clicked Accept
anyway, and the window disappeared. What is all this about please?

FWIW, I have Office 2000 Premium, and Outlook 2002.

This appears to be something to do with Outlook 2002. A while after my
OP, a couple of times when I opened Outlook 2002, I got that strange
message. By clicking 'Accept', Outlook appears to continue to work OK.

But, as I said, I don't *have* Office XP!

Anyone shed light please?

Hi Terry,

MS Outlook 2002 is part of the Office XP product family
and uses the same license and core files set.
