Office XP for students activation

J

Jeff

I purchased Office XP for Students and loaded it on an
old computer that I had, and activated it online about 6-
8 months ago. I have since purchased a new computer, and
I loaded the software on the new system, but it won't
activate it because it says it's already been activated.

How do I go about activating it on my new system? I no
longer have the old system. Is there a way I can
transfer the activation from the old system to the new
system?

Please help, because I do not want to have to buy a new
copy when my "free" uses are up (without the activation,
I mean).

Hi Jeff,

You can use the telephone activation method to
speak to a MS technician to transfer the Student
& Teachers Editon.
