Office XP for students & teachers

Bought new laptop computer and want to install Office XP
for students & teachers on it. Had it installed on older
desktop and registered it with Microsoft. When I
reinstalled it on new laptop I could not register it again
because it had already been done once and the program will
stop working after more tries if it is not registered. I
just want to switch the program from an old computer to a
new one. What do I do?
