Office XP Help Blank

When opening Office XP,and using the help tool. I can
type a question in the help box, but no information shows
up in the right side information pane. It is completely
blank. Any ideas?????

I had the same problem and through much searching found
that the solution for me was to re-register the
hhctrl.ocx file.
If you are using Windows XP type at the run command:
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\hhctrl.ocx You will get a
confirmation message if it worked.
If you are using Windows 98 type at the run command:
regsvr c:\windows\system\hhctrl.ocx
I have some other suggestions if this does not work for
you.
