Office XP: Help Function Stopped Working following Windows Update

Hi,

We are running Office XP professional from a server. While applying
standard Windows Updates this week, we discovered that the Help function (F1)
inside of the Microsoft Office programs stopped working. A search term (such
as mail merge) can be typed in; however, no results will display in the
answer pane and/or the user will receive a "404" IE error that the requested
webpage could not be displayed. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Please advise. Thanks!
