Office XP Help will not start.

When I click on help (Microsoft Word Help, Microsoft Excel
Help, Microsoft Powerpoint Help) nothing happens. I am
running Office XP standard service pack 2. I have
uninstalled Office XP deleted the program files directory
and run regclean several times. Then reinstalled OFFICE XP
service pack 2. Same result no help will appear. It used
to work so I don't know what happened to break it. Has
anybody else had these problems?
