Office XP Installation error

Hi,

I am trying to install office XP on Windows 2000 Server
running Terminal Server. I get following error
" Office XP Setup

Error 1926. could not set file security for
file 'c:\config.msi\'. Error: 5. Verify that you have
sufficient prigileges to modify the security permissios
for this file.

I am logged on the server as Administrator and using
Add/Remove new Software option.

Please help, need to setup the Terminal Server by monday.

Config.msi is a directory created in the system root directory during
install and uninstall.
Check that the permissions for the root of C have not been tampered with.
Possible scandisk issue due to the allocation tables.

Create folder c:\config.msi
- Edit the folder properties for Security and uncheck "allow inheritable
permissions from parent to propagate to this object". This is important,
since the installer won't be able to set security if this box is checked.
- Set the folder to "hidden".

Now attempt to reinstall. Good luck!
