Office XP License issue

I have a client who has purchased several (7) new Dell computers. They are
planning on purchasing 4 more in about 6 months, in the mean time the owner
would like to install Office XP on the old machines then transfer them to
the new machines later this year., How can this be done or is it even
possible?

As long as they purchased regular licenses for Office XP (not OEM licenses
with the old computers), they can install office on the older machines then
move it to the new ones later.
