Office XP Licenses...

We have 5 license office XP's and we have done a major
system update, servers, clients (hardware and operating
system). When I try to install Office XP the fifth license
on a computer could not be installed because it says all
licenses are in use (when you register). I know it's was
installed on a computer no longer in use so I guess it is
why it's complaining. How do I remove that licens? so that
I can install it on the "new" computer?
