Office XP Localized with english menu bar

I bought an Office XP Professional Win32 Localized for Romania and now I want
to have the menu bar and submenus and help in English.
I read that if I buy Office Multilingual User Interface Pack I can have the
menu bar and submenus and help in English.
Is this real?
or does anyone know another possibilitz?

TTBOMK (and someone's bound to correct me if I'm wrong) the MUI pack is only
available to holders of a volume or open licence. For everyone else the
answer is the same as it would be for Windows - you will need to purchase it
in the required language.

Open and Volume licences are /site/ licences which means that the licence is
only valid on-site. If a licence covered by a VL or OL programme is taken
from the licensed site, the licence ceases to be valid. So, to oversimplify,
if you had a laptop with a OL Office and you took it away from the licensed
site (and I'm talking permanently, not just home to work after-hours) you
may no longer continue to use that Office license. OL and VL licences are
*NOT* valid outside of the licensed site.
