Office XP 'Media'

I got the 'media' cd when I bought Office XP.

It eats up 620Mb and, for the life of me, I can't see what it does. I can't
even find an icon to click for it.

Can anyone help me here?

If you are short of hard drive space, you can go to Add/Remove Programs and
select the media content. Click on Change and then use Add or Remove
Features to media content run from CD.
