I'm having a problem with Office XP Microsoft Word on a Windows 2000 pc. When I try to insert picture, organizational chart, it always goes to an error screen asking if I want to Send a Report to Microsoft. I've completely uninstalled and reinstall Office XP and still have the problem. Any info on the solution would be appreciated.

Just wondering if you have solved this problem?? I have the same issue. I have found two solutions listed by MicroSoft, neither of which worked for me! You can go to Tools - Options - General - and clear the 'Automatically create drawing canvas when inserting AutoShapes' box. Or, go through your fonts (under Control Panel) and delete any that are corrupted. If you have another solution, please let me know

Also, in the meantime, I have found that if you create a document containing an org chart on another computer and copy it to your problem pc, you can use and modify the document (& org chart).
