Office XP OEM Licensed for personal laptop?

I read somewhere in MS documentation that Office XP is
okay to install on your personal laptop if your primary PC
is a desktop. Would that be true only for the retail
version and not the OEM version?

And can someone post the link to that documentation?

Hi John,

MS Office OEM copies are licensed to the machine
they are activated on and are not generally transferable.

MS Office Retail copies are licensed to the individual
who can activate on one laptop and one desktop of that
individual.

The Office End User License Agreement (EULA) is availble
in the Help files of Office XP apps.
