Office XP on Terminal Server

Hello. I installed Office XP on Terminal Server which works as Application
Server too. I want to grant access to office applications only to selected
users or better to limited simultanous running offices at the same time (due
to license restriction). Are there any solution built in Office XP or Windows
2003 Server mechanism to achieve this functionality?
