All of our computers run Windows XP SP2 with Office XP on them. All of these
computers can access network shares residing on a Windows 2003 file server
using windows explorer without any problems. However, on some of these
computers, when trying to access a particular network shared folder (residing
on the same file server as above) in any of the Office XP applications, it
takes for ever for all the folders and files in that network folder to get
refreshed and I noticed the Office Application would take up to 99% of the
CPU utilization time on that computer. Any thoughts on this?
