Office XP & Outlook 2003 (on SBS2003)

1 workstation. have previously removed / reisntalled all components to fix
a missing assistant error message, now receive
"Word Could not load the e-mail envelope. This could be caused by a network
connection or a problem with your office installation."
When clicking the sendto button in word.
Excel behaves similarly.

Outlook 2003 works fine, When I did the reinstall of office XP i chose a
custom isntall selecting all components, then removed the outlook XP part.
and installed the outlook 2003 from the SBS server.
