Office XP post-Service Pack 3 hotfix package

How do I obtain this hotfix from Microsoft? We have OEM
versions of Office XP Pro from Dell, but Dell doesn't
have the hotfix and I need it for integration with
DocsOpen. Thanks,

As is the case for all MS hotfixes, you need to call Product Support
Services and request it. The link in the "Hotfix Information" section

eventually leads you to a page where you can find the right contact
number. To save you some slogging through unfriendly web pages, the
number in the US is 800-936-4900; outside the US, see

The paragraph that talks about costs is unnecessarily scary. If you
confine your discussion to requesting the hotfix, and don't ask any
questions about unrelated problems, there will not be any charge for
the support call.
