office xp pro installation problem

When I install office xp pro I get the fellowing error
massage;Error 1335 The Cabinet File when I press Ignore I
get a error massage; Error 2350 Internal error
E:\Files\Pfiles\msoffice\office10\1033\pss\or.CHM. I have
been try to get a hold of Micorsoft, but they are very
busy with the worm. Ihope you can help me to install my
office xp pro.Thsnk you
