office xp pro need help!

My son scrached my cd all up. Now I am having trouble
downloading updates. Is their a simple way I can download
them without it? When I tryed it said I needed some file
that dosen't exsist. Please anyone help me.

First chastise son, or brutalize him in some way.
If OEM contact supplier if retail contact MS for replacement disk
