Sigh, what *versions* of Office XP show in Control Panel? Professional?
Standard? Small Business?
This has everything to do with installing SP-2. Incorrect or conflicting
versions can impede the installation. You may need another CD than the one
you are using. Please post this information and someone can help you.

| I have Windows XP Office version 10.0.3520.0 and I have
| already installed SP1. In the Add/Remove programs I did
| have 2 listings for Microsoft Office XP, both were the
| same version however one was 223 MB and the other was 155
| MB. I dont think that has anything to do with installing
| SP2 though b/c the main problem I am incurring is the
| install saying I need PRO.MSI and I cant find that on the
| disk I have that came along with my notebook. The closest
| thing I can find is PRORET.MSI. If you can give me any
| other advice I would appreciate it. Thank you.
