Office xp Pro v 2002 (academic) to Office 07

When doing a university course I purchased the Office xp Professional v 2002
Academic version. I now neded to upgrade and will purchase the upgrade disks
for Office Professional 07. My question is - will the upgrade disks work on
the old academic version and permit commercial use?

The previous package is an eligible upgrade basis for Office 2007. Office Professional 2007 retail does not have the
'non-commercial use' banner in it
