Have you had the Nimda virus recently? I had a similar
issue when someone had it on my network. The virus was
removed but the office file riched20.dll was copied onto
the server causing a similar situation.

This file may be located in the shared folder and may be
causing the issue.

I would do a search for all riched20.dll files on the
server (it's a hidden file), then rename it and extract
the file from the Windows Disk.
