Office xp problem

Dear sirs,

I had installed Office 2000 in one of our workstation in
my company and then i uninstalled office 2000 and
installed office xp and i have activated that software
thro the net. but the problem is whenever i open excel or
word whatever office products it showing the office xp and
end user licence agreement window and i have to press
accept button everytime. I don't know how to solve this
problem. even i tried to activate again,but it showed me
this software is already activated. pls advise how can i
solve this problem.

Dear Sir!

Have you checked the Right-Management?
Often you can solve Problems like this in starting
software as an Administrator 1x. Sometimes on new Version
of System (Windows 2000 and above) also try using "Open
As" and the administrator-profil in the normal user-
enviroment.

Log on as Administrator and accept the EULA.
