Office xp prof. error 1304

How do I remove/stop the windows installer from continous
looping an install of MicOffice xp? I keep getting the
error message ERROR 1304 writing to file
C:\ProgramFiles\MicrosoftOfice\Office10\1033XLICER.DLL

I cannot repair or stop this from trying to be installed.
Everytime I choose install or continue it gives me the
1304 error message.

Is it possible to not have to unstall my office/outlook
program.
