Office XP Prof. Tool bar

I have Office XP professional installed on my desktop at
home and it is great. I can not get the tool bar on my
desktop for all the Office XP Products that I have. I
have gone to the start menu and clicked on the icon but,
it does not come up. What can I do to get this tool bar
on my desktop? Thanks for any help you can give me.

The Office Toolbar is an optional installation item. Use the Add/Remove icon
in Control Panel, and select to change your Office installation. Add the
Office Shortcut Bar under the Office Tools section of the installation
options.
