Office XP Professional Service Pack 3 CD

I received Service Pack 3 on a CD from Microsoft. The CD has two files on it.
SP3CDFF.EXE and SP3CDOP.EXE. When I click either file a box comes up asking
me where I want to store the files. How do I install SP 3 from this CD?
