I can't use the office updater. I have put off asking for help with this for
awhile. But for the last month or so I've been getting a sharepoint update
that will not install. Can you please help me resolve this issue.

What office updater are you talking about? There are two ways: Microsoft
Update and Office Update.

Do you get an error? Do you experience some symptoms that let you know it's
not working? If you can post back with details, as well as what version of
Office you are running, someone may be able to help you diagnose the
problem.
