office xp proffesional liscense agreement

What is the license agreement for Office XP Professional?
I have been told two different things now. 1. It is
licensed for two computers in one building and 2. It is
listened for one desktop and one laptop. Which one is it
or is it both?

Dan,

If you have a retail copy of Office XP, you can install it on one
desktop and one laptop, provided you are the primary user of both
machines. So, in short, #1 is false and #2 is true. You should
read the EULA for details.
