Office XP Proffessional (Microsoft partner version) Upgrade To 200

I am running MS Office XP Pro, the version shipped to me as a Microsoft
Partner some time back.

I would like to upgrade to Office 2007 Small Business.

Could I ask if this is possible, I am reluctant to purchase the upgrade in
case this route will not work for me.
