Office XP Reinstall

I can't get Office XP to reinstall on my desktop PC
(Windows ME). I've read in this newsgroup that one should
use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility, available at
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=290301 to clean up the
registry when one has this kind of problem. However, on
that webpage, it says: "The Msicu.exe and Msicuu.exe
(Windows Installer CleanUp Utility)utilities are not
supported on systems where Microsoft Windows Installer 2.0
or later is installed . . . " My Microsoft Windows
Installer is version 2.0.2600.2. Does anyone know where I
can get a Windows Installer CleanUp Utility that will work
with my version of Microsoft Windows Installer? Will
appreciate any and all help. Thanks.
