office XP reviewing toolbar

How do I turn off the reviewing toolbar, in Office XP and get it to stay off.
I can Turn it off but the next time I open and word or excel after
restarting my computer it's there again.....

I can Turn it off but the next time I open and word or excel after
restarting my computer it's there again.....

I believe you need to accept or reject all the changes and "End Review" to
clear out the review "history" version. To keep it from happening again, you
have to not save reviewing information with the file. This can be easier
said than done because Outlook sometimes automatically adds this info back
in when you do a File|Send to|Mail Recipient (for Review) or even just a
File|Send to|Mail Recipient.
